Biography

Mr. Bernard A. Roy, Q.C., served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of World Point Terminals Inc. since November 11, 2005. Mr. Roy is a Senior Partner with Ogilvy Renault Barristers and Solicitors. He served as Chairman of the Board and Director of Old Port of Montréal Corporation Inc. He serves as an Honorary Director of Noranda Inc. He has been a Director of Intrawest ULC since 1992. He served as a Director of World Point Terminals Inc. since May 2001. He served as an Independent Director of Metro Inc., since 1990 until January 25, 2011. He was Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister of Canada. He has acted as an arbitrator and advisor in international arbitration matters as well as before domestic arbitration tribunals. He has acted as counsel before many commissions of inquiry. Mr. Roy is a lawyer.
