Biography
Mr. Josh D. Young serves as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. He is Co-founder, President and Portfolio Manager of Bison Interests LLC ("Bison"), a Houston, Texas-based investment firm specializing in oil and gas investments. Prior to co-founding Bison, he invested in undervalued public equities in the upstream oil and gas space. He was an investment analyst at Karlin Asset Management, a multi-billion dollar single family office. Previous to that, he was s private equity investor and management consultant.
