Biography
Ms. Françoise Bertrand has held leadership roles in public and private organizations. She was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec, President of the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunication Commission (CRTC), President and Chief Executive Officer of Société de radio-télévision du Québec (Télé-Québec), and Dean of Resource Management at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). She also serves the Board of Directors of various government and charitable organizations.
