Biography
Dr. Siham Sabri is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Oncology (Division of Radiation Oncology, appointed since August 1st, 2011) and principle investigator at the Research Institute of the MUHC. Dr. Sabri joined the Department of Pathology as an associate member in 2013.
Research Interest
Dr. Sabri is currently investigating the molecular mechanisms of tumor angiogenesis and invasion in glioblastoma multiforme within a large translational research project with a pre-clinical in vivo study and an ongoing clinical trial. In addition, her research interests encompass the molecular mechanisms of radiation-induced lung fibrosis (in collaboration with Dr Qutayba Hamid, the Director of Meakins-Christie Laboratories and other investigators from this center).
