Bill Waugh serves as General Manager, Planning and Forestry of Island Timberlands Lp. Mr. Waugh was born and raised on Vancouver Island and has over 25 years of coastal forest industry experience in engineering, forestry and strategic forest planning. Mr. Waugh has a Diploma in Forest Technology, a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from the University of Alberta and is a Professional Forester.
