Biography

Peter Zandstra is the Chief Scientific Officer at CCRM and holds an academic appointment as a University Professor at the University of Toronto’s Institute of Biomaterials and Biomedical Engineering. He is the Canada Research Chair in Stem Cell Bioengineering. He is Executive Director of Medicine-by-Design, a University of Toronto regenerative medicine program funded by the Canada First Research Excellence Fund (CFREF).
