Biography
Helping students and Kingswood achieve academic excellence is a role that Dr. Starks takes seriously. In addition to ensuring the University’s compliance to academic standards for accreditation, she gives oversight to Kingswood’s entire curriculum and helps students navigate program options for meeting graduation requirements. She serves on the Commission on Accreditation of the Association for Biblical Higher Education.
Research Interest
Her scope of interests are Church History, Introduction to Ministry and Wesleyan History & Discipline.
