Biography
Mr. Brough was appointed Director in January 1994. Mr. Brough retired as President of real estate companies Torwest Inc. and Wittington Properties Limited in December 2007, positions he had held since 1998. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Brough was the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of iSTAR Internet, Inc. Mr. Brough is an executive with more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. He also graduated from the Director’s Education Program at the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. Mr. Brough is also a director of Silver Wheaton Corp., First National Financial Corporation and Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust ("CREIT").
