Biography
Brian Rogers has more than 40 years’ experience in the design and construction of diverse civil resource development and water resources projects. His experience includes the design and construction of water retaining dams, irrigation projects, transportation and infrastructure projects, tailings dams, mine waste rock disposal schemes, and arctic offshore hydrocarbon developments. He has worked on projects in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories, the Canadian Beaufort Sea, offshore Newfoundland, offshore Sakhalin Island Russia, and the Middle East. He is currently a Registered Professional Engineer in Alberta, British Columbia and the Northwest Territories. Brian has a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and an M.Sc. in Soil Mechanics, both from Imperial College London, UK
