Mr. Abel was appointed to The Kraft Heinz Company board of directors effective July 2015 and previously served on the Heinz board from June 2013 to July 2015. Mr. Abel has served on the Berkshire Hathaway Energy Board (since 2000), and has served as Chairman (since 2011), Chief Executive Officer (since 2008) and President (since 1998).
