Biography
Linden came to Lakeland college in 2005 with a background in agricultural research and farming. Linden graduated from the College of Agriculture at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon with an honours degree in Crop Science. Using his agricultural engineering expertise, he worked as a researcher in equipment design and specialized modifications. Various agronomic research studies were also part of his research endeavours. Studies in computer programming led to teaching object oriented programming and database design at the University of Regina. Work as an agronomist in the Lloydminster area led him to Lakeland College where he now works as an administrator and part time instructor in renewable energy. Linden helped develop Lakeland College’s Renewable Energy program and was involved in the establishment of the Energy Cabin, which demonstrates Renewable Energy technologies and acts as a test area for applied research activities.
