Biography

Before coming to Lakeland College, I was a field foreman, which included drilling waste management (sump sampling, pump offs), pre-site assessments, and spill response. I was also an environmental scientist. My duties with this included phase I and II environmental site assessment, remediation of contaminated sites, groundwater remediation and sampling, groundwater well installation, excavation and construction management, geophysical assessment, soil survey, mapping, forestry (block layout) and occupational health and safety supervisor.
