Amel Aloui

Biography

Amel Aloui has been a lecturer at the department since 2005 and at the Université du Québec à Montréal since 2009, a member of the research group on popular culture at the Université de Montréal and an organizational communication consultant. She is passionate about communication. His previous research has focused on social marketing (master's degree, Tunisian press and information sciences institute), organizational communication as well as on the Internet and an aspect of popular culture in Quebec: serial television fiction ( Master's and PhD from Université Laval). As a researcher, Amel Aloui works to make her interests known by participating in scientific congresses and publishing articles (journal Communication, Mediations and cultural processes). In the department, she has already attended several professors who have given her the desire to continue in this way and, above all, in that of teaching. Teaching, for her, is synonymous with commitment and discipline. "I want to meet the expectations of students! I like to share my knowledge with future professionals and potential colleagues. " And what she finds particularly gratifying are the thanks that her students signify to them either directly or by email at the end of each session. When it projects itself into the future, Amel Aloui is pursued in teaching and research.
