Biography
Mr. Dufaux received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Université Laval, followed by a Master's degree in urban planning from McGill University and a PhD in architecture from the University of London. The professional path is between practice and theory, between the general considerations related to the architectural project, including the practice of the profession, and the particular challenges of each project between the financial, legal, technical, compositional stakes and program. In this sense, she explains a singular attention to document the premises of the architectural project, as questions that guide the nature of the architectural solutions. This critical approach guides the teaching and research offered to students, both theoretically and in research workshop creation. Moreover, this approach continues in parallel as an architect in the agency of David Morin in Montreal.
