Dr. Mohammed Aider is currently working as a Assistant Professor in the Department of Dep. Soils and agri-food engineering, Laval University , Canada. His research interests includes Food and Nutrition, Cryotechnology and cryoseparation, Biodegradable Active Packaging, prebiotics, Maple products. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Mohammed Aider is the member of many international affiliations.
