Biography
Philippe Bourbeau is an Associate Professor, Canada Research Chair in Immigration and Security, in the Department of Political Science at Université Laval since 2017. Previously, he was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Politics and Studies International, University of Cambridge, and Associate Researcher at Sidney Sussex College of the same institution.
Research Interest
Her work focuses on international relations, security studies, immigration policies and resilience. He is the author of Resilience and World Politics (Cambridge University Press, forthcoming) and the editor of the Handbook on Migration and Security (Edward Elgar, 2017) and Security: Dialogue across Disciplines (Cambridge University Press, 2015). His articles have been published in the International Journal of International Relations, International Journal of International Migration and International Studies, International Journal of International Relations, International Political Sociology, Journal of Global Security Studies, Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies .
