Stephen Allison is an award winning trainer with over 15 years experience. He is committed to listening to your story, assessing your body and implementing a smart, efficient program to achieve results. This approach won him ‘Best Trainer 2013’ from the Improper Bostonian. Stephen is a certified Trainer (NASM, AFAA, ACE), corrective exercise specialist and Yoga instructor with certifications from TRX, Kettle Bell Concepts, Z health, and Muscle Activation Technique (MAT) to name a few.
