Biography
Bill is responsible for our Properties division, actively involved with our partners in the acquisition, development, and management of properties across North America. Bill joined Ledcor 1990 as Branch Manager of the Southern Alberta Building Division. In 1997, under Bill’s direction, Ledcor Properties Inc. was formed with an emphasis on real estate investment including acquisitions, financing, project development and construction, as well as divestitures in virtually all asset classes such as land development, office, multi-family residential, industrial, and retail. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sir George Williams University.
