Biography
Rod initially joined the company in 2001 as Vice President and General Counsel. He was then appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, responsible for overseeing all legal matters for the Ledcor Group of Companies, including legal compliance, M&A, corporate financing, and corporate policy. Prior to joining Ledcor, Rod was a Managing Partner at one of Alberta's premier law firms. Rod has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Alberta. He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2010 and has an AV peer review rating from Martindale (highest level of professional excellence).
