Biography
Hélène joined the Leger team in 1998 and has 20 years of experience in qualitative/quantitative research and marketing strategies. She specializes in consumer behaviour, brand image and segmentation. Hélène has moderated close to 1,000 group discussions and one-on-one interviews with consumers and business people. She has developed a unique, standardized measurement of a customer’s shopping experience in store and online, known as the WOW Retail Monitor – Customer Experience Index. This syndicated study has been produced on annual basis since 2010. Travelling, shopping, being creative and playing soccer are her passions, not to mention her little girl Lola, who never ceases to amaze her!
