Biography
Simon has been with Leger since 2008 and provides high-level strategic advice and the very best in client services. He has become one of the world’s leading experts on Lottery & Gaming research, notably in the U.S. Lottery field where he has conducted research for 20 different U.S. State lotteries, and he is frequently asked to speak on behalf of the North American State and Provincial Lottery Association (NASPL). On the Gaming side, Simon has conducted research on site in twelve different global markets, including markets as diverse as Germany, Colombia, Italy, Czech Republic, England, Peru, South Africa and The Netherlands. He is a published author and regular speaker within both the Lottery and Timeshare industries. A sports fanatic, if Simon isn’t rooting on his home town team of Manchester United, or his adopted New York Metropolitans, he can usually be found coaching one of his two sons, Ethan and Ashton, on either the ‘soccer’ or baseball fields of Burlington, NJ.
