Biography
Mr. Frank J. Hasenfratz served as the Chief Executive Officer of Linamar Corp. from August 1996 to August 2002. Mr. Hasenfratz served as Supervisor of Sinterings Ltd. until 1966. He is a Toolmaker and Machinist. He founded Linamar Corporation in 1966 and serves as its Chairman. He has been the Chairman of Mezogep RT since April 15, 1999. He is the Founder of Linamar Hungary Autóipari és Gépgyártó Nyilvánosan Muködo Részvénytársaság (Linamar Hungary Autoiparies Gepgyarto Rt ) and has been its Chairman and Director since February 1997. He has been a Non-Independent Director of Linamar Corp. since 1966. He served as a Director of COM DEV International Ltd. from May 2, 1994 to June 2007. He served as a Director of EMJ Data Systems Ltd. He served as a Supervisory Board Member of Linamar Hungary Autoiparies Gepgyarto Rt since 1992. Mr. Hasenfratz attended trade and engineering technical schools.
