Linda Hasenfratz

Biography

Ms. Linda S. Hasenfratz has been the Chief Executive Officer of Linamar Corporation, an affiliate of Skyjack Inc., since August 12, 2002. Ms. Hasenfratz served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer at Linamar Corp. until November 2011 and served as its Interim Treasurer and Executive Vice President. Prior to that, She also served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Linamar Corp. since November 11, 2010. She served as the Chief Operating Officer of Linamar Corporation from September 1997 to September 1999 and its President from April 1999 to August 2, 2004. She has been with Linamar since July 1990. She served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Lpp Manufacturing Inc. Ms. Hasenfratz served as Operations Manager of Comtech Manufacturing Ltd. since January 1995. As Operations Manager for Comtech and later for the Vehcom Manufacturing subsidiary, she was fully responsible for day-to-day operations of both facilities, ensuring customer satisfaction; employee satisfaction and profitability objectives were met. Ms. Hasenfratz has been an Independent Director of Faurecia S.A. since May 26, 2011. She has been a Non-Independent Director of Linamar Corporation since 1998. She has been an Independent Director of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, a parent company of CIBC World Markets Corp. since May 2004. Ms. Hasenfratz serves as a Director of Linamar Hungary Autóipari és Gépgyártó Nyilvánosan Muködo Részvénytársaság (formerly, Linamar Hungary Autoiparies Gepgyarto Rt). She serves as a Member of Canadian Advisory Board of Catalyst, Inc. Ms. Hasenfratz is Vice Chairman of the Royal Ontario Museum Foundation. Ms. Hasenfratz received an Executive MBA in 1997 and a Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a Honorary Doctorate of Engineering from Ryerson University in 2003.
