Biography
Emily Fine has close to 20 years of investing experience and has worked with various companies in the media industry throughout her career. She is a Principal of MHR Fund Management LLC, a New York based private equity firm that manages approximately $6 billion of capital. Ms. Fine joined MHR in 2002 and is a member of the firm’s investment committee. Her responsibilities at MHR include sourcing and managing investments and portfolio companies. Prior to joining MHR, she was Senior Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. Ms. Fine began her career in the Telecom, Media & Technology Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch, where she focused primarily on media M&A transactions. She holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
