Biography
"Rebecca joined Litwiniuk & Company in June 2016 as a Student-at-Law after obtaining her Juris Doctor with First-Class Standing from the University of Alberta. Prior to attending law school, she received her Bachelor of Business Administration with President’s List Standing from Mount Royal University. She previously worked in a marketing capacity at an international law firm in Calgary as well as in student government. While attending law school, Rebecca volunteered with and eventually led the Energy Law Club. While there, she worked to provide students with opportunities to learn and engage in central Canadian energy law issues through trips and events. She also participated in Student Legal Services (SLS), a student-managed, non-profit society dedicated to helping low-income individuals with access to criminal justice in Edmonton. By helping her peers and members of the community through these organizations, Rebecca gained a passion for advocacy on behalf of individuals. In the summer of 2014, she participated in an internship with the Alberta Utilities Commission where she developed practical knowledge of administrative law."
