Mr. Alan Lenczner, 73, is a corporate director. He is a founding partner in the law firm of Lenczner Slaght Royce Smith Griffin. Mr. Lenczner also sits on the Board and Audit Committee for Hudbay Minerals Inc. and is a Commissioner of the Ontario Securities Commission. He is the Chair of Leon's Compensation Committee.
