Biography
As CFO, Jim is responsible for the overall financial management of the Ledcor Group, including all financial reporting, taxation, risk management and banking, and treasury activities. Prior to joining Ledcor, Jim held senior financial management positions in a number of international companies operating in a wide range of industries, most recently as CFO of a publicly traded natural resource company. Jim holds an MBA from University of Western Ontario and is a Certified Management Accountant in the Province of BC.
