Jerry L. Gray

Biography

Dr. Jerry L. Gray, Ph.D. serves as Dean Emeritus of the I. H. Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba and also serves as CA Manitoba Endowed Chair in Business Leadership. Dr. Gray served as Dean of the Asper School of Business of University of Manitoba. He has consulted with many major corporations in the United States and Canada in the areas of motivation, organizational design, manpower planning, managing change, management development, incentive system design, customer service and strategic planning. He serves as the Chairman of the Board at CanTalk (Canada) Inc. Dr. Gray serves as the Chairman at Gendis Inc. and has been its Independent Director since 2001. He has been a Director of Pollard Banknote Limited, which acts as General Partner of Pollard Holdings Limited Partnership since 2005 and serves as its Lead Director. He serves as Member of the Advisory Board at Friesens Corporation. Dr. Gray serves as a Director of ARC Pharmaceuticals. He served as a Lead Director at Gendis Inc. since 2001. He serves as a Trustee at Pollard Banknote Income Fund. He serves as a Director of CentreVenture, Inc. and Council Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Manitoba. He is an honorary Certified General Accountant, an honorary Certified Management Accountant and an honorary Chartered Accountant. He holds Ph D in Business Administration from University Of Manitoba.
