Biography
Robert Bensoussan has been a member of our Board since January 2013. Since 2008, Mr. Bensoussan has been a Director and the majority owner of Sirius Equity LLP, a UK company that invests in retail and brands based in the UK and Europe. From 2008 to April of 2017, Mr. Bensoussan served on the Board of LK Bennett, a UK fashion retailer, as Chairman (both executive and non-executive), twice as interim CEO, and most recently as a Non-Executive Director. He has also acted as the Non-Executive Chairman of Jeckerson Spa (Italy) since May 2008 and of feelunique.com (UK) since December 2012. From 2001 to 2007, Mr. Bensoussan was CEO of Jimmy Choo Ltd , a privately held UK luxury shoe wholesaler and retailer and was also a member of the Board of Jimmy Choo Ltd from 2001 to 2011. Mr. Bensoussan is a Board member of Interparfums Inc. (Nasdaq: IPAR). He is also a member of three private Boards, including Men’s retailer Celio International (Belgium), Zen Cars (Belgium), an electric car rental company, and Eaglemoss (UK) a part-works publisher.
