Biography
started my education in 1985 as student in the Early Childhood Development program at then Grant MacEwan Community College. From there I went to the University of Victoria and completed a BA in Child and Youth Care. After working for Catholic Social Services in their residential treatment program, I completed a B.Ed. in Elementary Education at U of A, and started my teaching career as an instructor of the Early Childhood Development Program in 1993 at Lakeland College in Vermilion, AB. I have been an instructor and practicum supervisor in various Human Services programs, including CYC, Disability Studies, and Teacher Assistant programs. Presently, I divide my time between instructing for Lakeland College and here at MacEwan College.
