Biography
Robert holds a PhD in Business and Economics (Management), M.Sc. (Exercise and Sports Sciences), Bachelor of Physical Education and Diploma in Outdoor Recreation. He currently teaches in the Organization Behavior and Business-Management areas in the School of Business. Robert also instructs Leadership courses - Corporate Learning and on-line (distance education) in the School of Business. His current research work involves two areas of study: a) Psychological Contracts and Coach-Athlete Relationships, and b) Professional/Organizational Development in Sports Sciences and Medicine. Robert is a Director - Canadian Sports Institute Board, Strategic Advisor-Editorial Advisor Board (Leadership and Health Services) and an Advisor and Learning Facilitator for organizations of Coaching and Sports Sciences and Medicine. He is also the CEO of a Consulting Firm and Advisor/Member to a social media network (exclusive membership) of Business-Management and
