Biography
Dr. Sperano obtained a bachelor's degree in graphic design, technical communication and education. She then completed a master's degree in interaction design where she studied the usability of university elearning platforms. She went on to complete a PhD in information architecture. In her study, she analyzed experts' discourse related to the assessment of information-intensive web sites
