Biography
Ms. Patti Callaghan is course leader and instructor for both the Introduction to International Business and the Intercultural Communication and Diversity courses in the Bachelor of Commerce program. After graduating from the University of Alberta with a degree in Linguistics, Ms. Callaghan went on to complete a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics at Concordia University in Montreal. Extended studies in language acquisition led her overseas where she spent more than 12 years working in positions related to language acquisition and intercultural communication in Japan. She has also worked and/or studied in the USA, Spain and the UK.
