Biography
Dr. Theresa A. Chika-James obtained her PhD in Business Studies at Cardiff University and holds an MBA from the University of Glamorgan (currently known as the University of South Wales) both in the United Kingdom. Her doctoral research analyzed internal-external relations impact on organizational culture management and incorporated a stakeholder theoretical lens to the analysis of culture in organizations. Currently, she teaches Introduction to Management and Managerial Skill Development. Dr. Chika-James was previously a Teaching Assistant at Cardiff Business School where she facilitated the learning experience of students on the Business Management degree program. She taught a range a topics relating to management, employment and organization.
Research Interest
Her research interest is in the field of organizational transformation, exploring intentional and unintentional changes resulting from internal and external drivers of change
