Biography
Wayne Williams has been practicing designe for over 25 years. He is an assistant professor in and former chair of the Design Studies program at MacEwan University where he has taught a wide variety of visual communication courses for the past 17 years. His current teaching responsibilities include the history of design and material culture, corporate ID and branding, design issues, theory and research methods.
Research Interest
Wayne William's research interests include the discourse and pedagogy of design and material culture in public spaces and media, user experience design, data visualization and cognition, design thinking and design pedagogy.
