Biography
Dr. Kurt J. Lauk, Ph.D. serves as the Co-Founder at President at Globe CP GmbH. He serves as President and Founding Partner at Globe Capital Partners, which he founded in July 2000. He is a strategic and business development Advisor to the boards of companies in which Globe invests. He served as Member of the Board of Management and Head of World Wide Commercial Vehicles Division of Daimler AG (formerly Daimler Chrysler) from 1996 to 1999. He served as a Senior Vice President of Commercial Vehicle Division at Daimler-Chrysler A.G., Daimler Benz A.G., and Mercedes Benz A.G. From 1992 to 1996, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Controller at E.On AG. In this capacity, Dr. Lauk was part of a team streamlining the immense business portfolio and served as the Management Board member with information technology responsibilities. From 1989 to 1992
