Biography
I am the General Manager for Cosma International’s LMV Automotive Systems Division in Liberty, Missouri. My role is to lead and support our LMV Team’s continual pursuit of World Class Manufacturing, ensure performance to our Division’s financial commitments through achievement of our Safety, Quality, and Productivity goals while earning the privilege to lead our people directly every day. The best part of my job at Magna is the euphoric feeling of being a part of peoples’ growth in their ability to solve problems, work as a Team, and effect change. It’s a wonderfully contagious virus!
