Biography
As a Senior Core Engineering Manager, I coordinate the development of key technical components that will be needed in our future products. Our core engineering task is to understand the needs of our external and internal customers (OEM’s, Application Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Line/Sales, Purchasing/Suppliers, and Vehicle Buyers), and together with these teams develop cost effective solutions for our new products’ most challenging design problems. The Core team is successful when innovative products launch on time and all of our customers are pleased.
