Biography
I am a Senior Engineering Manager with Magna Seating in Shanghai, China. My major responsibilities include leading the team to develop full engineering capabilities and managing the division to make sure all programs are fully arranged and developed. Additionally, I also train staff members so they can acquire additional skills and qualifications. I really love my job and enjoy working on a cross-functional team with colleagues from all around the world who embrace Magna’s entrepreneurial spirit.
