Fred Muxlow

Biography

I am a tooling manager for sealing systems at Co-Ex-Tec, a manufacturing division of Magna Exteriors located in Concord, Ontario. My position consists of working globally, to develop new tooling and fixture designs, along with researching and developing new concepts and prototypes for various customers. I also supervise and coordinate the manufacture of this new tooling at our location. My position involves a great deal of traveling, which gives me the opportunity to interact and exchange ideas-this can help strengthen our company as a whole and by expanding our knowledge from what's in front of us to what's around us. Aside from traveling, having the ability to view new vehicles - that have yet to be launched to the public eye- and to be a part of developing solutions makes my job all the more interesting and exciting.
