Biography
My role is to evaluate and assess Magna Powertrain’s Troy Product Engineering group and look for opportunities to improve our engineering process, our products, and our internal and external relationships. I interface with everyone in the department, as well as groups that we interact with both inside (other departments) and outside (suppliers and customers) of the company. As a Senior Technical Expert, I support problem solving investigations. I look for big picture, systemic resolutions to issues and drive the information into a “Lessons Learned” database to avoid making the same mistakes over again.
