Biography
Mr. Breiner is the former President and CEO of Schramm, Inc., a manufacturer of mobile tophead rotary drill rigs, located in West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA, where he continues to serve as a director. He has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing, marketing and sale of drill rigs and construction equipment. Mr. Breiner holds a Bachelor of Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dallas, Texas, and is certified in Production and Inventory Management awarded by APICS, the Association of Operations Management.
