Michael Robert Lambert

Biography

Mr. Michael Robert Lambert, also known as Mike, C.A., served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Black Diamond Group Limited since August 8, 2014 until March 3, 2016 and from August 8, 2014 to April 30, 2016 respectively. Mr. Lambert served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Parkland Fuel Corporation from September 1, 2011 to August 7, 2014. Mr. Lambert served as the Chief Financial Officer of FGL Sports Ltd. (formerly Forzani Group Ltd.) from November 20, 2008 to August 18, 2011. He served as the President of Mark's Work Wearhouse Ltd. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Canadian Pacific Railway Company until September 4, 2008. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Canadian Pacific Railway Limited from October 16, 2006 to September 4, 2008. Mr. Lambert has had extensive experience in senior financial and executive management roles with a number of prominent Canadian organizations including George Weston Group of Companies and the Southam Group of Companies. He joined CPR from Canadian Tire Corp. Ltd., where he served as an Executive Vice President since February 2003. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Mark's Work Wearhouse Ltd. since 1994. He served as the President Marks Work Wearhouse Ltd. He served as an Executive Vice-President of Canadian Tire Corp. Ltd. He has over 30 years of successful Executive and Board Leadership including Strategic Planning, Executive and Board Compensation and Governance, Enterprise Risk Management and Stakeholder Engagement. He spent 15 years in progressive financial positions with major Canadian public companies including Loblaw Companies, George Weston Limited and the Southam Newspaper Group. He has been a Director of YPG General Partner Inc., the General Partner of YPG LP since April 2004. He has been a Director of Calgary Co-operative Association Limited since April 13, 2017. He has been an Independent Director of Gemini Corporation since July 2016. He has been a Trustee of Yellow Pages Income Fund since May 13, 2004. He served as a Director at Yellow Pages Limited since April 2004. He served as a Board Member of Mark's Work Wearhouse Ltd. He served as a Director of Premium Brands Income Fund and Premium Brands Holdings Corporation. Mr. Lambert is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Windsor.
