Biography
Ms. Tory recently retired from Ernst & Young LLP, where she was a partner specialized in serving not-for-profit organizations. In addition to her involvement with MaRS, Ms. Tory serves as the Chair of the Board for PREVNet and the Institute of Competitiveness and Prosperity. She is on the boards of a number of other charities, including Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, George Brown College and Dixon Hall Neighbourhood Services. She is also a member of CPA Canada’s Accounting Standards Oversight Council and the Standards Council of Imagine Canada. Ms. Tory holds a B.Comm from the University of Toronto and has FCPA, FCA and ICD.D designations.
