Biography

Jeremy is Senior Vice President in Deloitte’s Financial Advisory Services practice specializing in valuations, licensing, mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, business planning, strategy and financing for Life Sciences companies. He is also one of Deloitte’s National and Global life sciences practice leaders. Jeremy has in-depth experience valuing life sciences and technology companies and their assets. He has performed assignments globally for Canadian, U.S. and European clients. He also has extensive experience advising companies in licensing, partnering and alliance deals including strategy, valuation, structuring, negotiation and management. He has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions from strategy to valuation and pricing to due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, closing and post-acquisition integration. He assists companies in business strategy, business planning and maximizing value for shareholders. Jeremy has also written numerous articles on biotechnology and life sciences valuations, licensing and mergers & acquisitions, and has spoken as a guest in other media, including as a guest interviewee with BNN. He is currently on the Board of BioAlberta, and has been co-chair of the Edmonton Chapter of the Licensing Executives Society, as well as a board member of the Metro Edmonton Health Industry Association.
