Biography
Jaimie was born and raised in Peace River, graduating with a bilingual diploma from Peace River High School. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta. During this degree, she completed a psychological internship with two psychologists who performed neuropsychological assessments for personal injury and insurance litigation, and parenting assessments for custody litigation
Research Interest
aimie then completed her Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University, where she completed a Family Law Placement and earned a specialization in Environmental Law from the Marine and Environmental Law Programme. Jaimie returned to Peace River to article and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2011. She started practicing at Mathieu Hryniuk LLP in 2013. Jaimie primarily practices Family Law. Since 2011, Jaimie has been on the Board of Directors for the Peace River Victim Services Unit. She became Vice President of this program in 2013.
