Biography
Bob Butchofsky is Founder and CE Mati, which is Greek for eye, has a delivery platform to provide sustained drug delivery to the surface of the eye. The technology uses a punctal plug delivery system with latanoprost as the first drug candidate for patients with glaucoma and ocular hypertension. Several Phase II trials have been completed with the most recent showing a 5mmHg reduction in intraocular pressure for 90 days.
