Biography
Holly Elrick is the chief financial officer (CFO) and senior vice president of information and services at Matrix. Holly provides leadership to Matrix’s financial and business strategy and operations. Before joining Matrix, she was the CFO of Arcis Corporation, a Calgary-based energy services firm, and controller before that. Holly oversaw the privatization of the company and, ultimately, the sale of the company to a global competitor in 2012. From 2008 to 2012, Holly served on the board of directors of the YWCA of Calgary. Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in English, from Queen’s University. She also studied commerce and accounting and achieved her chartered accountant designation in 1999. Holly articled at KPMG and worked on both audit and tax engagements in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, health care, hospitality, and not-for-profit.
