Biography
Dr. Robert Ulrich is an expert in human infectious diseases, received his Ph.D. in microbiology and immunology from Baylor College of Medicine, and completed postdoctoral fellowships at Baylor and Harvard University. He was chief of the virology division and chief of the department of immunology at the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases, where he managed a research portfolio that encompassed discovery of therapeutics, vaccines, and biomarkers for viral and bacterial diseases.
