Biography
Mr. Robert Bruce Watson, also known as Rob, has been Vice President of Canadian Facilities at Maxim Power Corp. since September 04, 2014, With over 16 years of experience in the Alberta electricity industry, Mr. Watson has a diverse background in operations, market analysis, energy marketing and portfolio management. Prior to joining MAXIM in October 2006, Mr. Watson was with ENMAX Corporation in the Commercial Services group. Mr. Watson has actively participated in the Clean Air Strategic Alliance (CASA) 2013 Electricity Framework Review and has represented MAXIM on the Board of the Independent power Producers Society of Alberta (IPPSA) since 2012. Mr. Watson holds Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Honours) from Carleton University and Graduate Diploma in International Business management from Capilano University.
